The 14' Alumacraft boat I bought last year got a little updgrade, mostly just for fun but also in order to have more storage space and a better platform for fly fishing. I wanted to set the boat up to make it easier for one or two people to head out on Spanish Creek and Belize River for tarpon fishing. Before these improvements I was constantly getting my fly line snagged and muddled up with dirt in the bottom of the boat. We've been making some changes around here as usual. A few weeks ago we decided to paint the ceiling of the downstairs white in order to brighten it up a bit. That turned into quite a job so we figured while we were at it we should add a day bed with shelves on one of the walls, turn our French doors into shutters, take out all of the screens, bust out a wall, cast a patio and cover it with an arbor. Presto!
